OPD ASSETS
Create digital images of your machines and system components in WERTSTROM with OPD Assets.
OPD ASSETS is a digital representation of the assets (plant components and machines) in the value chain. The assets are created as digital twins and are available as a digital image at any time.
The digital twins!
These assets can be mapped as digital twins in OPD ASSET to enable comprehensive monitoring and control of production. By integrating sensors and other data sources, asset status data can be recorded and analyzed in order to plan and carry out maintenance work and repairs before failures occur.
ASSET STRUCTURES
With the asset structures and continuous expansion in cooperation with partners and trade associations, Opdenhoff creates direct added value for customers in terms of production and evaluation of their individual assets in the value stream. These comprehensive asset structures enable customers to reduce waste in production and achieve efficiency gains.
CONNECTIONS
The asset administration shell, also known as the digital twin, makes the most important attributes available to all parties involved. This makes it possible to easily connect assets to higher-level systems via an API. This seamless integration enables efficient communication and a smooth flow of data between the various systems and components. Information about assets can be exchanged in real time and optimal decisions can be made.
ASSET CHECK
The asset check is an effective tool for creating a meaningful asset administration shell. All stakeholders are involved and consulted to find out what specific information they need for the asset and how they would like to control the asset or query status information. This participatory approach ensures that the asset administration shell is tailored precisely to the needs and requirements of all stakeholders. This enables optimal use of the assets and efficient collaboration along the entire value chain.
Silos
Silos are used to store raw materials such as flour, sugar or salt. They can be made of metal or plastic and often have a large capacity.
Scales
Scales are used to measure the exact amount of a raw material needed to produce a recipe. There are different types of scales, such as platform scales or dosing scales.
Mixer
Mixers are used to mix raw materials together to produce the desired product. There are different types of mixers, such as paddle mixers or agitator mixers.
Conveyor belts
Conveyor belts are used to transport raw materials from one place to another. They can be made of different materials and are often equipped with a system for weight measurement or identification.
Packaging
machines
Packaging machines are used to fill the finished product into a package. There are different types of packaging machines, such as flow-wrapping machines or dosing machines.
